When I couldn’t find a baby weaning chart, I decided to create one to help me introduce baby Bibi to a variety of new tastes. I wanted to be able to involve our 3 year old (Isabella, pictured here after an altercation with spaghetti bolognaise and yoghurt) in mealtimes in the hope that it might help her try some more foods while we were at it. The chart comes with green and red stickers which you or older siblings can apply to the chart to flag foods which went down well (“green”) or were flung at the wall in disgust (“red”).
